Join Me in A Wallaby!
The new Redesigned Wonderful Wallaby is to be the last of Carol Anderson’s pattern books. The new pattern contains a redesigned pocket and neckline. I figured we needed to check out this new pattern so we can assist knitters going forward. The Wonderful Wallaby is one of our craft’s most loved patterns. Juana knit the brick color garment for us, and I just started the blue one for my youngest Grandaughter Cassidy. Please join me latter this week on our Facebook Group page as I work through this project. First up will be “How to Pick Up the Pocket Stitches” and we do not do it as written. Although the written pattern will work, we have a much faster, easier method that I will share.
The adult version of Jelli Beenz. This worsted weight yarn is based on Encore Worsted, with a twist wrap of neutral accents. We have 10 colors available at the very special price of just $5.00 a ball. Yarn was originally $7.99. Coffee Beenz can be used with any Encore pattern or Jelli Beenz pattern.
On Friday September 25 Julia will begin a new KAL on our Facebook Group Page. She will be taking on the Kaleidoscope Poncho- a worsted weight design using short rows similar to that used in the Butterfly Cowl.
Julia has chosen to use NORO Silk Garden and DK Merino Superwash
as the contrasting trim. Many colors and combinations available!
