Baby Blanket Time

Cecelia Heirloom Blanket
Our new Circular lace baby blanket is much easier to knit than it looks.
Make this with just 4 balls of Comfort Worsted and
a FREE Pattern from Berroco.
The original pattern is written for Comfort Chunky, so the design can be worked as written in Encore Chunky. We changed the needle size
to work it in Comfort Worsted.
Download the FREE Pattern and print out just page 28.
A link to our changes is HERE.
Knit with 3 colors of Cumulus Dappled.
Knit with one cake of Cumulus Rainbow and one hank of Cumulus Solid. FREE Pattern.
A free pattern for a worsted weight yarn. We used 5 balls of
Encore Worsted.
Written in 2 sizes.
FREE Patterns written for Neve Cotton. Each takes just 3 hanks of Neve. Shown with Sailboats or Hearts. FREE pattern with your yarn purchase.
Our FREE pattern for Encore Worsted- takes 4 balls of yarn.
Our FREE pattern for Encore Worsted- takes 3 balls of yarn.

And if you need a baby sweater to go with your blanket…

A fun, top down, one piece design that we used for Berroco Comfort.
Pattern is written in 3 sizes: NB, 6 months, 12 months. The two smaller sizes used just one ball of Comfort. Larger size used 2 balls.
Great FREE Cardigan pattern. Please note: pattern calls for a DK weight yarn, but is written at a worsted weight gauge.
Comfort Worsted worked just fine.

We are expanding things a bit…

Get Your Yarn for Our Next KAL

It starts TODAY!!!!

Anker’s Summer Shirt – our next KAL begins May 21. Get your yarn now!
Julia has done the best job of leading our KALs. As she finishes the Winter Beach Cardigan, our eyes have turned to our next KAL- Anker’s Summer Shirt.
This fun textured top will take no time to knit up in a DK weight yarn.
Julia has chosen color 56- a rich red in Silky Wool- a beautiful Silk/Wool blend yarn. Perfect for 3 season wear. Other yarns perfect for this project are: Sea Isle Cotton, Neve,
Denim DK, and Calico.
While Julia is leading us in the knitting of the Anker’s Summer Shirt, I will try to keep up by knitting this Anker’s Pullover for my grandson. Sized from 3 months to 8 years. I will be using Worsted Merino Superwash. Another yarn for this child’s sweater is Berroco Comfort.
Here is my Anker’s Pullover for my grandson.
Yarn is Worsted Merino Superwash.
I had to get ahead of Julia on this cause she is faster then I am!
But I am sure she’ll catch up.
