The Thrill of Hand Dyed Yarns

The Knitter’s Edge carries one-of-a-kind yarns by several handdyers.  Here we feature three of them, including our favorite local dyemaster- Joe Cole.
 3 Irish Girls
They are committed to creating unique, stunning colorways- and they do meet their commitment!
We carry Adorn Luxe- a fingering weight blend of Merino and nylon. Custom milled for Three Irish Girls, the merino has an extra silky smooth texture and the nylon helps maintain its durability.
Hitchhiker Beyond– Knit using just one hank of Adorn Luxe,  the color variations are subtle yet powerful.
Vibrance of Strangers ended up being the perfect showcase for our 3 Irish Girls Yarn.
Meadowcroft Dyeworks–
This PA Father & Son dye team will knock your socks off with their colorways!

Rockshelter sock will amaze you with the vividness of the colors.

Be Simple Variations– an easy to knit FREE scarf pattern needing just one 100g hank.
Guatemalanness- the #1 colorway from Meadowcroft Dyeworks
What The Flock Yarns
Meet the work of owner Joe Cole- our favorite local hand dyer- a man known for his Love of NEONS!
