On the homefront- this weekend is Halloween, and we are celebrating at The Knitter's Edge.

Come in dressed in costume and we will have a delicious treat for you.

Just Arrived!

 FABULA by Katia
FABULA BALLWe have just stocked the shelves with this new yarn from Katia, called FABULA- a bulky, yet light and lofty merino.  The chainette construction makes it knit up in a New York Minute on size 15 needles.  The colors- and we took all of them, are FABULOUS- thus the name.

Fabula ScarfWe have the scarf shown here on display at the Edge, so stop in and try it on.  I am now working on a keyhole scarf that will take only 3 balls- and will be an ultra fast project.  Look for that one as a free pattern in the newsletter next week.  Check out the colorways of this beautiful new yarn on Knitting Fever's website at:

Feature yarn this week

Lima Ball

Lima by Rowan is a new absolutely lovely yarn.  Mostly Alpaca with just a dash of Merino and Nylon.  The chainette construction gives it incredible loft, and thus incredible yardage.  Lima Cowl

We have knit up a 2 ball cowl with Lima, and you may try it on at the shop.  This is an easy knit, with a diagonal st pattern that looks like its woven herringbone- yet so simple...  Free pattern available with the yarn puchase, only at The Knitter's Edge.
