September Begins…

Hat Not Hate

Going into the Home Stretch

In September we will be sewing on the hatnothate tags to get all of our many hats ready for distribution in early October. Please bring thinner seaming needles- we will supply the yarn and the tags. Come, sit for a while, and do a few hats.
We would also like to invite everyone to a night with Louis Boria on Thursday Sept 19– about 6-8pm. Louis will be doing a short talk for us. If you watched his TED talk on facebook you know we are in for a very moving talk. Joining Louis will be Shira Blumenthal- a principle with Lion Brand Yarns and the strength behind the Hatnothate program.
Please call to sign up just so we have an idea of how many are coming.
Light refreshments will be provided.
