-of-a-kind pins, painted vintage bags, and jewelry. Susan Fenner was a fashion illustrator for many upscale shops in and around the Lehigh Valley. She began designing her own jewelry in 2002 and her handbags have been featured in Lehigh Valley Style Magazine.

January Classes are going to be full of special techniques- especially with Becky on Saturday afternoons!  Add to your skill set this coming month!



Saturday, January 5: 1-3pm

Cast ons & Bind offs with Becky

Learn to work some important cast on and bind off techniques.  Just bring needles- size 8 or 9 plus one set of double pointed needles- same size range.  Call to sign up.

Mondays in January: 1-3pm

My First Baby Sweater with Julia

On Jan 7, 14, and 28– learn all the basics of knitting a cardigan- just in a mini size.   Note that this class will not meet on the 1/21. You will need 2 balls of Encore Worsted or Comfort Worsted.  Bring size 5 & 7 needles.  Pattern will be provided.  Call to sign up.

Tuesday, January 8: 6:30 – 8:30pm

Fixing Mistakes with JoAnne

Make your knitting even better by learning how to correct easy mistakes.  Bring one pair of needles- size 8 or 9 and one hook- size F, G, or H.  Call to sign up.

Saturday, January 12: 1-3pm

Cabled Fingerless Mitts with Becky

Make a pair of fingerless gloves while trying some interesting cables.  There is homework- come to class with the first mitt on the needles- ribbing done.   You will need one 100g hank of Queensland Rustic Tweed.  Double pointed needles size 4 & 5 (or that needed to get gauge) and a cable needle needed.  This class is suitable for Beginners + up.  Homework provided at sign up.

Wednesday, January 16: 6:30 – 8:30pm

EntreLac & GarterLac Cloths with Becky

Learn Entrelac or GarterLac while knitting a washcloth.  Bring size 7 needles and 1 hank of Fantasy Naturale.  Choose Garterlac of you have already done Entrelac. Looks best in the variegated colorways.  Call to sign up.

EntreLac Cloth with Becky

Learn the skill of working EntreLac while knitting a washcloth.  Bring size 7 needles and 1 hank of Fantasy Naturale.  Looks best in the variegated colorways.

Seaming with JoAnne

Learn to make your garments look more professionally finished. Bring a metal seaming needle. Call to sign up.

Thrummed Mittens with Becky

Knit up the warmest mittens you will ever own!  Need 2 balls of NORO Kureyon or Plymouth Gina, + 1 ball of Galway Roving.
Homework:  Get the ribbing of one mitt done prior to class.  Call to sign up.
