An Enchanted Trunk Show with

What The Flock Yarns

What The Flock Trunk Show: Enchanted, A Princess and Villains themed Trunk Show will exclusively showcase a new collection of colorways featuring Fairy Tale Princesses and Villains.

This event also coincides with the Anniversary weekend of The Knitter’s Edge. It will be a full day of yarnie greatness.

On May 1, Becky will take up Edie Eckman’s Skill Builder CAL project.

The yarn used for this afghan is Encore Worsted- with over 100 colors to choose from! Increase your skill level, one afghan square at a time.

Starting Saturday April 6, Becky’s Saturday afternoon class will become

a beginner’s class- both knit & crochet, with a strong focus on techniques. Please call to sign up, just so we know who’s coming.

Another New Beginner’s Class

Tuesdays 3:30 – 5:30 with Regina

Begins April 2- Note time change

This will be a class with a theme- “Washcloths are a Great Way to Learn”. Using 100% cotton, Regina will help you work your way through many techniques- learning new knitting skills -one cloth at a time.

Our 9th Annual Retreat Day will be held on Monday, May 13, from 10am-3pm. The St. Francis Center for Renewal will be hosting again. 

We will have a morning of knitting, crocheting, learning, and chatting followed by a wonderful lunch and an afternoon of crafting with reflection. The Knitter’s Edge will provide yarn and patterns both for knitters and crocheters.

This year we will be knitting and crocheting Toddler Vests and Hats to be donated through Nurse Family Partnership.

Registration with payment available NOW.

Cost is $20.00- cash or checks written to St Francis Center for Renewal.

Join Julia to knit DogStar- a Fair Isle Yoke pattern from TinCan Knits. Here we used Snuggly DK and Snuggly Rascal DK. Call to sign up. Must know how to work Fair Isle in the round.

Baby Surprise with Becky

Saturday March 23 & 30 | 1- 3pm

The Baby Surprise Jacket is one of the most enduring designs there is. Using Sport or DK weight yarn make one for a little one in your life or one to come. A really fun technique oriented project. Call to sign up.

Needlefelting with Lauren

Needlefelting is fun! You can needlefelt onto a flat piece or you can create 3D creatures such this bunny. So many options!

Learn the basics of working Fair Isle. This class sold out earlier this month so we are holding it again!

Weaving 101 wth Lynn

Tuesday April 16 & 23 | 3:30 – 7:00pm

Learn to weave with our beginner’s class on the Cricket Rigid Heddle Loom. Class includes 6.5 hours of class, loan of the loom, all handouts, plus yarn for your first project- a scarf. Only 6 students per class. Cost: $85

Short Rows with Becky

Monday April 22 | 1-3pm

Learn to work short rows while making a cloth with Fantasy Naturale.

Other short row cloth patterns will be available for you to take home too. Let us know which one of these you like best! Version A or Version B. Call to register.
